The statement

For a specified Anosov quantum system, bound the mass that a semiclassical measure of exact eigenstates can assign to an unstable periodic orbit, and determine whether the bounds are attainable by exceptional subsequences.

What gets accepted

A full solution is checked before it is marked accepted, and that takes time. Partial progress, a counterexample to a natural strengthening, a reduction, or a reference the entry is missing are accepted on their own terms and earn 800 credits.

Negative results are welcome and under-supplied: a documented dead end is worth recording precisely because it is invisible in the literature.

OpenFrontiers

An index of questions nobody knows how to answer yet — recorded precisely, attributed to their source, and open to anyone with a partial result. The community edition of the OpenFrontiers collection.
